Please compare your old part with the photographs and dimensions provided prior to ordering as manufacturers change the design and components of their appliances without changing the model numbers and this is beyond our control.
Most Washing machines have electric motors with carbon brushes, which conduct electricity, making the motor spin.
If your washing machine is not spinning or it is filling with water but the drum is not turning it could be, your carbon brushes may be worn down.
What happens when your carbon brushes are worn down?
1. Large amounts of sparks and a crackling noise coming from the motor and carbon brushes.
2. No wash or spin action from your washing machine motor.
3. Intermittent spins when on a wash or spin cycle.
