No Hassle ReturnsWe want you to be totally happy with your purchase from Appliance Spare Parts Direct.ie,
however, should you need to return an item to us, we offer a no fuss returns policy.
Faulty/Damaged Item?In the unfortunate event that a part if faulty or defective, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it,
by standard post and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
We will also refund the return delivery charges incurred by you, and cover the delivery costs of the replacement.
Item doesn’t fit, is no longer required, or have you simply changed your mind?Then return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that the delivery charges for returns in this instance are non-refundable.
Parts which have been installed or screwed into the appliance and/or were purchased more than 14 days ago cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?Simply, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of you item.
We’ll email you the item returns approval Number.
Please write this number on the original delivery note (Please don’t write on the items packaging).
Place the item and the delivery note in a box or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days of getting your returns number to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us at: email@example.com for advice on returning.
We’ll check your return and, if everything’s OK, we will refund you within 5 working days.
We’ll refund standard postage charges corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered on a Faulty or Damaged Item.
These terms apply to Rep. Ireland & Northern Ireland.
International customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item.
